Jamestown (CSi) The Stutsman County Relay For Life, this year has a fundraising goal this year of $100,000 by June, to benefit cancer patients and their families, with all funds raised by Stutsman County Relay For Life participants.

The Stutsman County Relay for Life participants has currently raised $10,000 in fundraising efforts and sponsorships from the community since January.

The annual Relay for Life will take place from noon to midnight on June 10,2016 at the University of Jamestown Taylor Stadium.

Those interested in forming a team can attend another dinner meeting at 6 p.m. at Alpha Opportunities Inc.,at 1521 Business Loop E in Jamestown, scheduled for 6 p.m. on May 10, 206.  

On April 30, 2016 a group will host a “Color Fun Run,” a new fundraiser that’s hoped will be a big financial boost for the group while having some fun as a community. Anyone who registers for the run before March 28 will receive a free T-shirt and sunglasses.
