Anthony Allen Rolland is now sleeping in his car located at the 100 block of 1st Street West (city parking lot) Jamestown ND.

Rolland is a a 31 year old male, Native American, 6 feet tall, 310 pounds with Brown eyes and hair.

He has been assigned an high risk.

Offense: Gross Sexual Imposition while at a residential house involving a 13 year old girl.

Conviction date, February 2003, in Morton County District Court.

Disposition, 10 years, 5 years suspended.

Offense: Gross Sexual Imposition, involving a 10 year old girl on two occasions.

Conviction date, December 2001, Ramsey County Juvenile Court.

Disposition, 1 year at the DJS.

Rolland is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, or their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
