Bismarck (CSi)  The NDDOT says that construction begins Monday, April 4, on ND Highway 3, between Napoleon and Dawson.

Work will consist of widening the shoulders and paving the roadway.

During construction:

  • Speeds will be reduced through work area
  • Flaggers and pilot cars may be present when required
  • Motorists may experience delays
  • Gravel surface may be present

The project is expected to be complete this fall.
