GarciaChelseaFBChelsea Lynne Fosse, 31, Jamestown, ND died Saturday, April 2, 2016, at St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, ND, following a tragic vehicle accident.

Chelsea was born July 11, 1984, at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV, the daughter of Todd and Pamela (Hotchkiss) Fosse. She lived in South Korea and Panama City, FL before attending Geilenkirchen Elementary School, Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base, Germany, New York Mills Elementary School, New York Mills, MN, Roosevelt Elementary and Jamestown High School, graduating in 2002. She attended Minnesota State Community and Technical College. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Jamestown. She enjoyed drawing, crocheting, gardening, and reading. Her beautiful boys inherited her bright eyes and infectious smile.

Chelsea is survived by her family, Todd and Pamela (Hotckiss) Fosse, Jamestown, Amber (Ryan) Todd and Ledger, Horace, ND, Brinn Fosse, Fargo, ND, Ayden Fosse, Adrian Garcia, and Tristan Garcia, Jamestown; Grandparents, Wayne M. and Carol Hotchkiss, New York Mills, MN, Aunts and Uncles Shanna (Tim) Dettwiler, New York Mills, MN, David (Kelly) Hotchkiss, St. Cloud, MN, Wayne R. (Lisa) Hotchkiss, ID, Leanne (Marshall) Magincalda, Manteca, CA, Troy Fosse, New York Mills, MN; and many loving cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Maternal Great-Grandparents, Walter and Elaine Leesch; Paternal grandparents, Arden and Dixie Fosse, and her uncle, Kevin Fosse.

Memorial Service: 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 12, Trinity Lutheran Church, Jamestown.

Prayer service: 7 p.m., Monday, April 11, Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown.
