Mayor Heinrich statement video on Jan 29 allegations

February 7, at the end of the  Jamestown City Council meeting, Mayor Dwaine Heinrich read a statement on what he believes occurred Jan 29 at the Office Bar in Jamestown.   The incident and accusation lead to a now open sexual assault investigation with the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigations.   See previous story at CSiNewsNow.com
