Jamestown (CSi)  The Jamestown City Fire Department reports the cause of  a mobile-home  fire  at 115 Sunnyside Mobile Manor  in NW Jamestown, ND , Friday November 20, about 6:15pm .

The report says the cause was radiant heat from the oven range. One firefighter injury . Time out 1 hour 45 minutes.

The city fire department was called back to several re-kindles of the fire.

There was heavy smoke coming out of the windows when a police unit arrived at the scene.

The occupant, David Oxtra and his dog, Aurora, were able to escape without injuries.

The Jamestown City  Fire Department returned to the scene about 10:15 p.m., when the fire had rekindled.  Units of the Jamestown Fire Department were also called to the scene at about 8:10 a.m. Saturday when the fire again, rekindled.

City Fire Department, Lt. Sheldon Mohr says the home is  a total loss.

The cause of the original fire is under investigation.

Oxtra believes the cause of the fire was from a broken furnace stove that he used to heat his home, however an investigation will determine the cause.

15 to 20 firefighters and four units responded to the scene.
